Limo Service Terms & Conditions FAQ's

Airport Transfers, Weddings, Corporate Transportation, Special Events and More!

Bookings: All reservations payment terms are 20% deposit or card on file. The balance is due 24 hours before the event. The deposit holds the vehicle and price for you. Unpaid quotes have a price guarantee of 30 days.


By booking with our company, you authorize us to keep your payment card on file during the term of the booking.  ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. All vehicles have a minimum 72-hour cancellation policy after which the entire sum is due.

 

Fares: Our fares include all taxes and mileage. stops, admin fees, tolls, gas etc. Everything is included except the optional gratuity. Drivers will accept direct gratuity via cash, card or if available various payment apps.

 

Gratuity: While there has always been a standard for showing gratitude for good service with tips, gratuity has evolved into an important piece of a service professional’s compensation. A typical day for a limo driver includes cleaning the inside and outside of the vehicle, stocking the vehicle, driving to and from pickup locations, waiting for riders, helping passengers with personal items, monitoring travel times to make sure riders reach their destinations on time, and dealing with traffic so you don’t have to.


Gratuity and tips are not included in the fare but are encouraged for good service. We add 15% gratuity on all bus, motor coach, prom and wedding transportation. As for how much you should tip, the rule of thumb is 15% for the service you are happy with. You should consider tipping beyond 15% for exceptional service.


This shows your driver that you truly appreciate the extra attention and care that they have given you during your service. The bonus for repeat customers is that, as a good tipper, you will be remembered and can anticipate that same level of exceptional service in the future from a driver who knows you appreciate what they do.


Limo drivers are service industry professionals who treat their customers with courtesy and care. Reward and encourage excellent service with a tip. Your limo service experience will thank you! 


Car Seats: While we do not supply car seats, we will store yours while you are out of town. Upon your return, they will be in the pickup car for your convenience at no additional charge.


Cleaning/Damage Fees:

  • $300 cleaning due to sickness and $25 per broken/missing glassware
  • $250 (minimum) for damaged CD/DVD/Radio Unit/TV or any other electronic device $25 missing AUX cable
  • $50 cleaning due to excessive food mess at our discretion
  • $300 (minimum) for rips or tear to upholstery/leather
  • $150 for ripping tint off windows
  • $100 cleaning fee for any kind of smoking 


Damages: Any damages incurred by the client or guests will be the responsibility of the client for the vehicle. Any additional charges for downtime will be added and you authorize us to charge the card used to book the vehicle to recover those costs. 


Drugs and Alcohol:

  • Our vehicles are adult beverage friendly 
  • We strictly enforce government regulations regarding the use of drugs and alcohol
  • Zero tolerance policy involving the consumption of alcohol under the legal drinking age of 21
  • Use of illegal drugs will also result in immediate termination of services with no refund.


Lost Items: We will do everything to contact the client if something is left in the vehicle. It will be at the client’s expense to pick up or pay shipping to retrieve the item(s). If the item(s) are not retrieved within 30 days the item(s) may be deposed. 

Food: No food of any kind is allowed in our vehicles without prior authorization. Drinks should be in screw-top bottles, pop open cans or cups with lids.


Overages and Wait Times: Prices quoted include only the trip type booked, which hourly reservations as well as one-way and round-trip transfers. Prices do not include additional charges for changes in the scope of Services that result in additional mileage, reservation hours, or wait times. If the ride is extended past the agreed upon end-time, the customer will pay the hourly prorated amount. The operator provides a complimentary wait time of 15 minutes after your trip time has started. A per-minute wait time fee will begin after your driver arrives at your location and the agreed-upon pick-up time has passed. Generally, we will charge in 15-minute increments for extra time.


The customer authorizes the Operator to bill any of these above-referenced to the credit card on file and the customer agrees to pay all such charges. We will notify you in writing or via phone of any such additional charges as soon as practicable. You hereby explicitly agree that all communication about amounts owed will be made by electronic mail or by phone, as provided to the Operator and/or Operator Payments by you. Such communication may be made by the Operator or by anyone on their behalf, including but not limited to a third-party collection agent.


Passenger Behavior: Any behavior deemed to be threatening or dangerous to the safety of the driver or company property as well as a danger to anyone in the vehicle will result in the run being canceled immediately with no refund.


Pickup/ Dropoff Locations: We will only drop off and pick up at safe locations to do so. If we deem a location not safe to pick up at we may have to pick up down the street or the area closest to the safe pickup. The same is for the drop-off applies. This however is a very rare occurrence but can happen. Our customer's safety and our vehicles and drivers are utmost important to us. 


Seating Capacity: We will not allow more people in our vehicles than they were designed or prescribed for in the vehicle. No one will be allowed to sit on the floor, everyone must be in a seat.


Smoking: There is no smoking of any kind in any of our vehicles.
